Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for conducting thorough investigations that stand up to scrutiny.

• Conduct field and desktop investigations related to insurance claims, litigation support, background inquiries, and corporate matters

• Perform surveillance, recorded observations, and lawful evidence collection

• Gather statements, records, and supporting documentation

• Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured investigative reports

• Maintain accurate case notes and evidence logs

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency standards

• Communicate findings to supervisors and case managers

• Represent the agency professionally during field assignments

Qualifications

We’re looking for investigators who take pride in precision and professionalism.

• Prior investigative experience preferred, private investigations, law enforcement, military, or intelligence background a plus

• Strong written reporting and documentation skills

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and investigative protocols

• High attention to detail and strong observational skills

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple assignments

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background and licensing requirements

Salary and Position Details

• Position: Full-time Investigator

• Location: Field-based with reporting completed remotely

• Salary Range: $62,400 – $83,200 annually, depending on experience
