Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for keeping cases organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently.

• Serve as the primary point of coordination for assigned cases

• Open, track, and close cases in accordance with agency procedures

• Assign tasks to investigators and analysts based on case requirements

• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations

• Review reports for completeness, clarity, and formatting compliance

• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and billing records

• Communicate case updates to clients and internal teams

• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings structure and accountability to complex workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Experience in case management, investigations, legal support, or operations a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Comfortable working with case management systems and documentation tools

• High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness

Salary and Position Details

• Position: Full-time Case Manager

• Location: Remote or Hybrid

• Salary Range: $3,813 – $5,200 per month
