Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for both retaining existing clients and expanding Origin’s client base.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned existing clients

• Manage ongoing client relationships, communication, and follow-ups

• Support client onboarding, service coordination, and case intake

• Identify opportunities to expand services with current clients

• Actively pursue new client relationships through outreach and referrals

• Conduct initial consultations and qualify prospective clients

• Coordinate with case managers and investigative teams on client needs

• Track client interactions, leads, and opportunities in internal systems

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is relationship-driven, confident, and results-oriented.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred

• Experience in client relations, account management, sales, or business development preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable engaging prospective clients and discussing services

• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset

• High ethical standards and discretion
